Wandering in the woods
What is bosstruinen? You may well wonder. Only in recent months did I begin to discover this word myself.
For me, bosstruinen is about slowing down, becoming quiet, connecting, and allowing wonder to return in nature. It is not a therapy session, but a sensory experience. I guide you into those layers, so that through being with nature, you may feel refreshed and restored.
I will also be offering this alongside my work as an outdoor psychologist, taking small groups into nature. Not for therapy conversations, but to simply be there. With nature. In nature. A form that is open to anyone longing for rest, for space, for the refreshment the forest can bring.
