Trust the path you are walking

Wherever I go and whatever I do, I keep saying to myself: trust the path you are walking.

I meet setbacks too, just like every human being. By encouraging myself with a compassionate thought, I keep moving forward.

Even when the path sometimes looks impossible to walk. You are allowed to stand strong too. Follow that deep inner voice that gently shows you what your path is.

During the sessions I offer outside as an outdoor psychologist, I consciously invite in that compassionate voice. As human beings, we are so often inclined to follow the critical voice instead. The voice that pulls us down and makes us feel small.

But when we learn to listen to the loving, compassionate voice, a new world can begin to open.

A world in which you learn to look at yourself and others with softness and love.

A path on which you grow stronger in your own identity. A path on which you dare to take steps and learn to trust your inner compass more deeply.
