Do you dare to enter the silence?
Do you dare to enter the silence? To come closer to yourself and listen to that deeper voice? For me, an early morning walk in the woods is one of the best ways to begin. Hearing the birds. Hardly any other human sounds nearby.
Coming to rest. Letting the silence be there. Catching my breath again. Remembering that I am okay.
And perhaps that is the most beautiful thing in such a moment. Coming closer to what you long for.
Being in nature. I would gently recommend it to anyone. This week, take twenty minutes outside if you can. Let nature help you settle. Listen for that deeper voice, and know that you are okay as you are.
