Learning to see your patterns from a different perspective
Do you sometimes long to step out of old negative patterns, yet not really know how? Learning to see your patterns from a different perspective can help.
When I walk in the woods, I see the trees passing quietly and I look up in wonder at what is around me. But when I go mountain biking, I experience the forest very differently. I move fast over narrow paths. It is a completely different perspective from walking slowly through the same place.
I love going into the woods on a spring, summer or late-summer morning with my bike. It is a beautiful way of meeting the forest differently, and of looking at the world from another angle.
That is also how a shift in perspective can work in daily life, when we begin to look differently at our own patterns.
Discovering patterns
When you feel stuck in old patterns, caught again and again in the same circle, it can help to learn to look from a different perspective. That is something I can help you with as an outdoor psychologist.
