Creating brings fulfilment

We are made to create in this world. Create, in the broadest sense of the word. Not only to wait passively and remain dependent on a system.

In the photo you see a 3D painting I made a few years ago. The process of creating gave me so much fulfilment.

When a person slowly drifts into passivity, when there is no room left to create, the result often becomes a passive life.

And that kind of life can lead to negative thoughts, stress, burnout, depression, and fear.

When we add something meaningful to this world, a sense of happiness often begins to grow.

The feeling that you have added something, however small. Even something small can already bring that sense of meaning.

Which path in your life would you like to strengthen? Which path do you want to follow? Only you can give that answer colour, though sometimes it helps to have someone beside you.
