A new change in life
A new change in life asks for a new way of thinking.
Last week, while walking in the woods, I felt that sense of change rising again. Whenever something new comes into my life, I notice that my mindset needs to widen too.
I can only carry new steps when my inner world grows with them. If it does not, I tend to move back towards what is familiar, and stay away from what is new. Perhaps you recognise that as well.
Transformation is a little like a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. There is first a season of cocooning and quietness, a period of rest and inner change. And then the butterfly appears again... and begins to fly.
Maybe you are allowed to take steps into a new mindset too.
Wherever you are on your path, take time for what is meeting you.
Not everything is random.
Every obstacle, and every silent moment, can contribute to growth.
They can help you stretch your wings, so that you become stronger and are able, in time, to fly a little differently. What first step could you take today, towards that strengthening?
